Since 1988, Kent Pecoy, a native to Western MA and the founder and owner of The Pecoy Companies, has been designing and building some of the most magnificent homes found in Massachusetts and Connecticut. For ten years prior to 1988, Kent was the owner and manager of a general contracting firm in Apple Valley, CA known as Kent Pecoy & Sons Construction, Inc.

Kent’s 30+ years experience in design, building and remodeling has exposed him to every aspect of the building industry.
